Claire's Cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Stibb 1.5
miles from Sandymouth Bay and Coombe Valley with its beautiful
public footpaths. This ground floor annexe is surrounded by open
farmland and in a peaceful location the whole occupying a site
of just under one acre. Kilkhampton is just 2 miles away
offering 2 pubs which serve good food and the usual services
associated with a small village. Bude itself, a major Cornish
seaside resort, is only 4 miles away. A variety of family
attractions are found within a radius of 20 miles. |

Claire's Cottage offers comfortable attractive accommodation.
Open plan sitting /dining/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms-one double
and one twin; shower room with toilet and hand basin. It
provides night store heating, a radiant fire, bed linen
(duvets), electricity by meter reading, the kitchen is well
equipped with electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer
washer, drier, television. and DVD player. A cot is available on
request. Adequate storage in the porch for wet suits etc.
Parking for 2 cars. Use of the owners attractive garden and
also sole use of
Claire's Cottage own enclosed garden with
garden furniture. |
